GROUP CLASSES

This program is based on academic weeks. Classes missed during week in progress due to late arrival, illness, travel, or any other reason, are not subject to refund and cannot be rescheduled.

Full payment of the total program your are registering for is due on the first day of your classes, otherwise, you may forfeit your Course reservation for the period not paid.

Cancellation before your course begins: 100% refund of your fees

There is no refund on tuition payment made for a week already in progress

PRIVATE CLASSES

To confirm your private program, full payment of the reserved classes must be made at least one business day before your start date.

A penalty of one academic hour will apply for cancellation without, or late, notification.

To cancel a private class without penalty, please notify the school (511 242 7763) no less than three (office) hours before your class is to begin. Our office hours are from 8:30 am to 6.00 pm Monday through Friday. Messages left on the answering machine are not considered to be valid.

If you wish to cancel your program altogether, please notify the Academic Director in writing at elsol@idiomasperu.com.

LIABILITY

The student will not hold “El Sol” or “Asociación Cultural Idiomas Perú”, or its staff, owners, promoters, associates or partners, liable for any loss, illness or injury that the student may experience either at the school or during school excursions, or any other activity organized or recommended by teachers or staff employed by “Asociación Cultural Idiomas Perú”.

“El Sol” accepts students for study with the understanding that they have contracted adequate medical insurance to cover them during their stay in Peru. If you do not have insurance, you can obtain it at the school.
